What is a Team Feature?
Create Teams for different departments of the clinic under a single account at HIPAA Force. And their members wouldn’t intersect and could work according to the departments they belong to.
For instance, your healthcare practice consists of the Therapy, Surgery, and Technical services departments. Usually, the staff is related to diverse Ring Groups, uses different contact lists and phone numbers for calls and texting. But handling numerous tasks under the common user interface may become a real mess. For this purpose, we have a Teams feature.
It is simple to use and at the same time it’s completely secure - only the Master Admin of the account has access to all departments. It’s possible to enable the Teams option under account settings, do the setup, and include employees in the required teams.
Route calls and SMS directly to your team members by using the Teams feature. Add specific notes to each call. Leave dispositions, create a personalized event on the calendar of your teammates. Each team member can also choose to have calls forwarded to one or more phones, to remain available even when traveling.
